Dear customers, First of all let me introduce our company. Ecowoodchalet Universal Sdn.Bhd, (Malaysia) has moved to Bangkok since our company restructuring. Wooden houses is one of his business unit of Ecowoodchalet, that has been established since 1997 , by myself and Malaysian´s partners. The prefabricated wooden house factory was done at Bali, Indonesia. Manufactured and exported from this hub.

Our prefabricated wooden houses were constructed under the guidelines and control of European architects and Indonesian carpenters. Prefabricated knock-down concept before delivery is easily to be re-assembled with completes references on a draw provided and codes details to follow the construction step by step. We are also CE ( European community) certified and we are capable to design structures for anti-cyclonic , and anti-seismic , when required in some countries.

Our common woods are :
* Iroko (Milicis excelsa)
* Acajou(Kahya anthotheca)
* Lingue( Afzelia Africana)
* teak( Tectona grandis)

These kind of wood are harden wood, naturally resistant towards termites and durability: chemical treatments are not necessary as it can last more than 100 years. For European and western areas, we normally build the house with double wall , double glasses and frames, with several choices of roof, according client´s request. Almost of basic chalets, are ready to live-in , partially furnished such: cabinets, wardrobe ,kitchen units with the finest finishing hard wood, or veneer. Ecowoodchalet factory has moved to Lome , Togo, conducted by French architects , and selected locals skilled carpenters.

All price-list will be done as FOB Lome harbor.
